DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Will provide support with desktop and peripheral installation and troubleshooting.
- Provide face-to-face, telephone and remote support to users.
- Install and download approved software.
- Create new user accounts, assist user with accessing computer and associated applications during initial orientation, terminate user accounts
- Travel to and from remote locations as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: Strong background in Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications. Two-plus years of experience preferred. Strong technical aptitude. MacOS experience desirable.
Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Microsoft technology professional
- Apple certified support professional (ACSP)
JOB SUMMARY: To provide technical support and end user training of computer software and hardware for The START Center for Cancer Care and all affiliates.
