OCES is looking for an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing "Help Desk" services and assisting users with application-related and equipment-related problems; assist with installation of new hardware and software. What you'll do: Track help desk requests and ensure closure in a timely fashion. Assist with hardware installations and software Collaborate with team to provide support to onsite and remote Troubleshoot hardware and software Other duties as needed What you'll bring: Associates degree in computer-related discipline (bachelor's degree preferred) Current IT certifications (i.e., CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.) preferred Experience in a networking Ability to assess issues and determine Ability to learn new applications Ability to travel and reliable means of Excellent troubleshooting Excellent computer Excellent Microsoft 365 skills.
