Essential Responsibilities
  • Quickly and efficiently handle all initial support requests submitted to the support services desk (Freshdesk). Escalate support incidents as appropriate.
  • Perform installs, upgrades, moves, and changes for computer workstation hardware and software, printers, drives, and other devices.
  • Script program installations for Microsoft MDT imaging server.
  • Troubleshoot for network and server issues.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain active certifications and training, utilizing team training budget.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor s Degree in related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years relevant support desk work experience required (installing and configuring workstation hardware and software packages, telephone (VOIP), and numerous SaaS application).
  • Network and hardware administration and troubleshooting ability required.
  • PowerShell scripting capabilities required.
  • Microsoft SQL, Cisco, and Schneider Electric s Continuum/EcoStruxure experience preferred.
  • Various product certifications a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal/external clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
