We are seeking an
IT Support Professional who can project a professional and positive image as a representative of The Bradley Center team. This person will be part of an IT Team that includes direct reporting to an IT Director and works collaboratively with a 3rd Party Vendor.
Since we serve as a private school, an 8:00AM start time is required.
Primary responsibilities include: - Assisting employees with technical troubleshooting with PC, Network and Application issues via in-person, phone, or e- mail
- Documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problem using applicable systems and tools
- Collaborating with other teams or departments to resolve end-user issues
- Providing basic instruction to end-users on company provided services and resources
- Assessing The Bradley Center's technology needs
Requirements - A minimum of an Associate Degree in computer-related field or equivalent work experience, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- A minimum of two years experience installing hardware and software on PC Windows (current versions) computers and troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Experience utilizing Office 365, Zoom, TEAMs and Outlook
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license and insurance
Qualifications best suited for the position: - Excellent communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- RAPTOR familiarity is preferred
- Telzio is used in collaboration with our primary phone system
