I.T. SUPPORT INTERN (PAID)

Day & Nite is a dynamic and fast-growing organization committed to leveraging technology to support our employees and business operations. We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy I.T. Support Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a real-world I.T. environment. As an I.T. Support Intern, you'll assist the I.T. team with day-to-day technical support tasks, help maintain our systems and hardware, and work directly with end-users to resolve technology-related issues. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows
  • Assist in setting up laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new users
  • Manage helpdesk tickets and document solutions
  • Support the I.T. team with inventory, asset management, and documentation
  • Assist with user account creation, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding
  • Participate in I.T. projects and provide feedback for improvements
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and common enterprise applications
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, or helpdesk software (e.g., Trello, Jira)
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., IP addressing, DNS, DHCP)
