Job Title: Temporary IT Specialist I

At LHH Technology, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Temporary IT Specialist I to support one of our key partners in Rancho Cucamonga. This is a great opportunity to step into a highly collaborative and mission-driven environment where your contributions directly support end-users and critical technology operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tier 1 and occasionally tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, devices, and access issues.
• Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, walk-ins, and online portals.
• Document, track, and monitor issues using ticketing systems and help desk tools.
• Assist with the assignment and inventory of wireless devices and collaborate with 3rd party vendors as needed.
• Support internal projects involving data analysis, reporting, and administration of internal applications.
• Ensure data requests are fulfilled accurately and on time, and clearly communicate findings to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and operational continuity.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience including user administration and troubleshooting PC hardware/software.
• Associate's degree required; in lieu of degree, an additional 2 years of related work experience will be accepted.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (2013-Office 365 suite).
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Preferred: Experience with Cisco Call Manager and IT support within the medical field.

Compensation & Work Modality

• Hourly Rate: $30.72
• Work Environment: Fully onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Hybrid may be considered based on business need and leadership approval).
