Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Downtown Dallas, TX with occasional trips to the Frisco office
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
Summary: The IT Specialist will provide user support, and network support and administration for the company.
Responsibilities: - Desktop/Helpdesk support of Windows and Mac laptops and desktops
- White glove support of C-level officers & executives
- Local Area Network Management including
- Some on-prem device
- A couple of Hyper-V virtual servers
- Ring central SaaS management
Currently moving all the endpoints to a cloud management system
- Manage the transition off of Active Directory
Qualifications: - Proficient O365
- Windows server 2019, Windows 10 and 11, MacOS (Catalina and Monterey)
- Intune suite
- Windows Autopilot &, Apple Business Manager
- Proficient in managing hybrid environment
- PowerShell
- Cisco IOS
- Meraki Dashboard & Ubiquiti dashboard
- Experience working with Vendors
- Knowledge of fiberoptic interfaces
Preferred Qualifications - Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Graft (API) can learn this
- Cloud Management, Barracuda email archiving
- SolarWinds service desk & Dameware Remote Support
