About the Opportunity As an IT Support Engineer, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal employee technology needs across the organization. You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding users, imaging and maintaining workstations, managing Office 365 user access and applications, supporting mobile devices, and procuring IT equipment for the workforce. You will also provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, printers, and core software applications, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent service. This role has a clear growth path into internal network operations for those with a desire to advance their career in network and system administration.
Duties & Responsibilities - Manage Office 365 users, licenses, permissions, and applications.
- Perform onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup, deactivation, and device preparation.
- Image, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and other end-user devices.
- Procure, manage, and inventory IT hardware, peripherals, and home office setups.
- Provide timely support for end-user issues related to workstations, mobile devices, Office 365, and desktop printers (small office devices, not production copiers).
- Troubleshoot, document, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolutions.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of user issues, solutions, and IT asset tracking.
- Assist with internal network infrastructure projects as assigned, contributing to operational improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline IT processes and improve employee support.
- Participate in continuous learning to stay current with emerging technologies and systems.

Requirements
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, Autopilot, etc.).
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on networking, system administration, or technical support.
- Experience with networking equipment vendors and their products.
- Excellent reasoning, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Industry certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a driving record check.
Salary Description
$65,000-$75,000 annually
