Responsibilities: - Frontline Support
- Respond to and resolve end-user tickets related to Windows, macOS, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot complex scenarios and specialized applications.
- Systems & Administration
- Perform updates, patch management, and basic server administration.
- Manage user onboarding, including Active Directory accounts and permissions.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams) and SharePoint sites.
- Networking & Security
- Assist with basic network configurations (switch ports, VLAN checks, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
- Maintain endpoint security (AV solutions, updates) and coordinate backups.
- VoIP Administration
- Configure and manage RingCentral accounts and devices for new and existing employees.
- Troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues.
- User Training & Documentation
- Document processes and train end-users on IT best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Project & Research
- Investigate unique technical challenges and propose process improvements.
- Identify automation opportunities (PowerShell, Bash scripting).
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Solid troubleshooting skills with both Windows and macOS.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (email setup, user management) and SharePoint.
- Self-starter mentality; able to research and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Nice to Have: Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
