Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add an IT Support Engineer to work onsite in Anaheim, CA. Please see below for full details:
Job Notes: -3-6+ month contact / extensions possible but not guaranteed
-ASAP start date
-Onsite in Anaheim CA
-Drug & Background required.
-Pay Rate = $30-35 w2 per hour
Description: - Refresh of desktop, laptop, and MAC equipment.
- Includes hardware refresh, peripheral refresh, data transfer, install of additional applications when required.
- May include installation of external peripherals.
- This person will be responsible for Post Validation checks.
Skills: - Attention to detail ( Asset information must be accurate)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Strong customer service skills (face to face)
- Strong communication skills ( team members and team leaders)
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work long hours and out in the field
- IT problem solving
- Configuring and troubleshooting different levels of Windows OS (Win 7 & Win 10)
Required Qualifications: - 2-4 yrs of experience with IT field support
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- 2-4 yrs of data migration experience with desktops, laptops and Mac hardware
- 1-2 yrs Prior experience and working knowledge of SCCM
- Experience with Network configurations and devices
- 2-4 yrs. Experience utilizing the Microsoft Toolset for Imaging and staging
- 1-2 yrs. Ability to wipe and clean hard drives
- 2-4 yrs Experience and working knowledge of USMT for data transfers
