In this role, you'll be providing technical end-user support to a variety of client environments assisting with user administration, Office 365 application support, software & hardware support, remote connectivity, server support & network support. Great opportunity to work with a variety of tools, software & hardware.
Preferred Experience of the IT Support Desk Specialist: - Experience within a Help Desk or Technical support role utilizing a ticketing system and monitoring tools.
- Experience with Office 365 Administration Portal, Active Directory administration, and using Ticketing Systems or Remote Monitoring Management (RMM) tools like ConnectWise or similar.
- Familiarity with Firewalls, VLANs and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Comfortable providing end-user support via phone, RMM tools, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Experience of the IT Support Desk Specialist: - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certifications, Cisco Certifications, etc.
- Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- Experience with any of the following: ConnectWise, IT Glue, SolarWinds, WatchGuard, Ruckus, Veeam, Cisco Networking Products, Extreme Network Products, Ubiquiti, VMWare, Dell, Axix, 3OX and Adobe.
- Experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, VPN, Citrix, VoIP, etc.
