Duration: 6-month contract with extensions and potential conversion
Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour
Must-Have Qualifications:- Experience as an analyst or support specialist in an IT environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and macros for manual processes and Outlook for communication,
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to support day-to-day compliance activities and manage change control processes within the company. This role involves executing controls, reviewing evidence, coordinating access reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:- Supporting Compliance Activities: Assist in daily compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Executing Controls: Implement and monitor compliance controls, reviewing documentation to verify compliance.
- Access Reviews: Help with and coordinate access reviews, ensuring proper authorization.
- Change Control Management: Run all change control meetings, communicate change controls, and manage the overall process.
- Documentation and Validation: Handle paperwork and validate that specific controls are applied.
- ServiceNow Coordination: Submit tickets in ServiceNow for access changes and run reports related to changes.
- Communication: Coordinate with supervisors and data owners, ensuring effective communication regarding compliance and change control activities.
