What we are looking for
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team. Your objective in this role is to handle incoming IT technical issues from our clients as well as our internal business units. You will also support our PACS systems and related applications.

Our work directly supports healthcare professionals, and your work as an IT Support Analyst has a direct and positive impact on our ability to develop, support, and maintain our partnership with our internal and external stakeholders

Your responsibilities
  • Resolve technical issues relating to both the hardware and software we provide for our clients and for our internal departments.
  • Resolve issues related to PACS systems and PACS administration.
  • Manage user accounts and email accounts in a wide variety of systems.
  • Escalate and assign tickets to the appropriate resources.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members.

You have
  • 1-2 years of experience working in IT, or equivalent education. Healthcare experience a plus.
  • An understanding of computer hardware and the ability to troubleshoot hardware issues.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365

This is a Hybrid job - 50% remote with occasional onsite visits
