This candidate will need to be able to support the deployment/device refresh project. They need to have experience with a similar project and will be utilizing Microsoft's Autopilot deployment application. The consultant will be responsible for mailing/delivering devices to the end users, while also setting up a virtual meeting (when applicable) to walk the end user through the process and ensuring that the system is operating properly. The candidate must have experience in troubleshooting Windows 11 as well as the full Office 365 suite. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a helpdesk environment as they will be supporting additional workload on their service desk. The company utilizes ServiceNow ticketing system. The candidate will need excellent customer service experience and be comfortable working with a wide range of end-users. The ideal candidate possesses these 3 qualities: "Happy, Hungry, Humble."

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
