We are a Managed IT Services Provider seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing onsite technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for IT issues via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist with the implementation of new technologies and upgrades
  • Maintain documentation of support activities and solutions
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Educate clients on best practices and preventive measures
  • Communicate technical details in non-technical terms to end users
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to be fluid and adjust on the fly as issues are presented
  • Experience with remote support tools and techniques
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service
  • Ability to work with vendor partners
Desired Skills:
  • Windows Server Administration
  • SQL Server Administration
  • SharePoint Administration
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Working knowledge of wireless and wired networks, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN's and VoIP
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP v4, routing and the difference between private IPs and public IPs
  • Familiarity with the Zero Trust Security Model
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based backup solutions and BCDR
  • Clear understanding of cybersecurity
