About the Role: We are seeking a
highly motivated IT Support Analyst II to join our team in
Cypress, CA. This role provides
hands-on technical support for
desktop, application, and network systems, ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting
Windows OS, Active Directory, networking protocols, and endpoint security.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, handheld scanners, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Support and maintain Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and VPN applications
- Manage Active Directory, user account provisioning, and access control
- Monitor and support networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Assist with mobile device management (MDM) solutions and endpoint security tools
- Utilize IT Service Management (ServiceNow or similar) for tracking and resolving tickets
- Provide remote desktop support and troubleshoot collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience supporting desktop and application technologies
- Provide phone-based technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues while ensuring a positive user experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory
- Experience troubleshooting networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), VPN applications, and endpoint security solutions
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Additional Details: - Hybrid Work Model: 5-7 weeks onsite training, then transition to 3-4 days in-office per week
- Potential for Permanent Hire: Evaluation for full-time conversion within 3 months
