Position Summary: Reporting to the Global Technology Manager, this role contributes as a key member of BNI's Global Information Technology Team, the IT Support Analyst focuses on providing essential technology support and training to the Global Support Team. The role also involves the daily administration of BNI's Microsoft 365 environment and other critical systems. This position requires close collaboration with all levels of BNI management and includes offering both on-site support in our Charlotte office and remote support for satellite teams.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Take ownership of resolving teammates' hardware and software challenges by proactively troubleshooting and providing effective support
- Provision and configure laptops computers (both Windows and macOS) according to organizational standards and user requirements.
- Administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Develop training materials and content and deliver process training programs
- Provide support and coordination for the implementation and adoption new technology of for the Global Support Team's offices
- Document issues and or incidents in JIRA service management and properly communicate to team or management in a timely manner
- Helps facilitate procurement of hardware and software globally
- Identify areas where technology systems can be implemented to improve and streamline processes
- Participate in advanced learning opportunities to enhance personal and team knowledge
- Any additional duties needed to help demonstrate our core values, drive our vision, and fulfill our mission.
Required Qualifications: - Experience using Microsoft PowerShell or similar scripting technologies i.e.Bash, Shell Scripting
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Confidence, assertiveness, and professional maturity to develop, build and maintain relationships with key executives
- Proven ability to develop and secure relationships at all levels within a client/collaborator organization
- 2+ years of experience in managing Windows technologies, such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365
- 2+ years of experience supporting end-users and their hardware/software troubleshooting needs.
- Exemplary references, clean background, customer service orientation, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills, high sense of urgency, and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting on and off premise customers
- Experience supporting various countries and cultures
