Position Summary

Contributing as a key member of BNI's Global Information Technology Team, the Technology Coordinator will focus on providing essential technology support and training to the Global Support Team. The role also involves the daily administration of BNI's Microsoft 365 environment and other critical systems. This position requires close collaboration with all levels of BNI management and includes offering both on-site support in our Charlotte office and remote support for satellite teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support teammates by troubleshooting and resolving their hardware and software challenges
  • Setup Laptops and PCs (Windows and macOS) as needed
  • Administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerShell
  • Create training materials and conduct training classes
  • Assist in the roll out and support of new technology for the Global Support Team's offices
  • Document issues and or incidents in JIRA service management and properly communicate to team or management in a timely manner
  • Manage and help facilitate procurement of hardware and software globally
  • Identify areas where technology systems can be implemented to improve and streamline processes
  • Participate in advanced learning opportunities to enhance personal and team knowledge
  • Be available to travel as needed
Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop, build and maintain relationships with key executives
  • Proven ability to develop and secure relationships at all levels within a client/collaborator organization
  • An appreciation and excitement for our culture of Givers Gain
  • 2+ years of experience in managing Windows technologies, such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Exchange and more.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting end-users and their hardware/software troubleshooting needs.
  • Exemplary references, clean background, customer service orientation, and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills, high sense of urgency, and attention to detail
Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
