About the Role:

Our client's head office is in North Surrey, and you will support teams in other locations and remote workers, with a significant portion of support delivered remotely.

- Cloud & Systems Management: Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Office 365, Intune
- Network & Security: DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, Dell SonicWall Firewall
- IT Support & Troubleshooting: 1st & 2nd Line Support, software troubleshooting, VOIP phone systems, Moveware
- Project & Vendor Management: Website management, contract negotiations, working with MSPs
- Virtual Environments & Security: Virtual Environment Management, Mimecast
