Role Overview: The SME/CSA will work closely with project teams to define, design, and implement solutions to system requirements. The role will involve facilitating meetings, diagnosing problems, correcting coding issues, and ensuring the quality of the work through rigorous testing and documentation. Responsibilities:
Conduct facilitated meetings and sessions to gather and define system requirements for enhancements, fixes, and re-engineering efforts.
Apply knowledge of subject matter and programming procedures to provide effective system design solutions.
Ensure that system modifications are in line with detailed specifications and that interactions between systems are fully recognized.
Design and implement modifications to the interrelation of files and records within programs.
Diagnose and resolve errors in system logic or coding, ensuring system integrity.
Test and document the assigned programs, ensuring all modifications are clearly documented and validated.
Lead the team in systems analysis and design, providing expertise in application development and HUD Project Planning and Management Methodology (PPM) or similar methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
At least five (5) years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of complex, large-scale computer systems and web applications, including system maintenance, modification, and error resolution.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business administration/related discipline. Six (6) years of general experience is considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
Experience in project management, leading teams in systems analysis and design.
Experience in application development and proficiency in HUD Project Planning and Management Methodology (PPM) or similar methodologies.
Desired Skills:
3+ years of experience in DevOps (Software development and IT operations).
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
3+ years of experience working with Azure cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and/or other similar cloud environments.
Proven expertise in working with LANs, Unisys/IBM Mainframe data environments, Linux, Oracle, MS SQL, and related systems.
