The IT Subject Matter Expert shall provide expert-level support in the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, platforms, and applications. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical oversight of solutions, conduct code reviews, and offer expert architectural guidance. Proactively identify and recommend strategies to manage and reduce technical debt. Recommend and lead innovation initiatives, serving in roles such as Enterprise, Systems, or Solution Architect within a Scaled Agile environment. Advocate for and ensure adherence to modern development and DevSecOps practices through ongoing reviews and mentorship. Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, guiding the team through technical challenges and ensuring alignment with sprint goals. Contribute to refining user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity of technical requirements within the agile framework. Provide ongoing technical guidance to ensure the quality, consistency, and alignment of all deliverables produced by the contract team. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of experience with SharePoint, including SharePoint Server versions and SharePoint Online 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform 2+ years of experience with ActiveDocs ITIL v4 Foundation certification Microsoft Certification in Power Platform At least one cloud fundamentals certification Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals
