Title: IT Staffing Account Manager
Client: Federal Agency
Location: Washington, D.C.
Number of Position(s): 1
Work Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm
Work Day: Monday - Friday

The IT Staffing Account Manager will serve as the single point of contact to manage the day-to-day activities of the contract, ensuring seamless communication between the client, contractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing, with at least three years of experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee contractor onboarding, performance, and compliance with contract terms.
  • Ensure timely resolution of any issues related to contractor assignments, billing, or deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular status reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to fulfill staffing needs as required.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with contractors and clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Contractor Account Manager in IT staffing.
  • Proven track record of managing contractor relationships in a client-facing role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and workforce solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
