Roles and Responsibilities: Provide system administration and training support.
Maintain databases for existing management information systems, analyzing and solving computer problems.
Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users.
Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, including hardware and software.
Document system performance and support data backup.
Support the organization's technical point of contact for wireless services This position is contingent upon contract award Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field
5 years of experience in a related field
Active Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications: Professional experience in System Administration
Experience in IT Support and Troubleshooting
Experience navigating security protocols
