IT Specialist Mid with Security Clearance

Job Description:
TEKsystems is seeking Desktop Specialists in support of a large/long term DoD contract in Hawaii. Responsible for install, configuration, service, repair, and maintenance of IT systems, hardware/software, and networking devices on a long-term contract. Technical Qualifications:
- Elevated Desktop Support Tech, taking escalations and can potentially troubleshoot at a Tier 1/2 level (desktops, upgrades, refreshes).
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Experience with providing customer support to a government customer. Requirements:
- IAT level II or higher (Sec+).
- Secret Clearance. Pay Rate (Annual): $66,456-72,696 -
