Job Summary:
The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support across our organization. This role involves managing conference room technology, providing tier 1 help desk support, handling hardware and software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and supporting various other IT functions.
Responsibilities:
- Conference Room Technology Management
- Tier 1 Help Desk Support (including ZenDesk ticketing system)
- Hardware and Software Support (including Office 365 Suite)
- Network and IT Infrastructure Management
- Onboarding and Training Support
- Inventory and Asset Management
- Vendor and Backup Management
- Research and Procurement
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant IT experience
- Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Experience with ZenDesk ticketing system
Preferred Qualifications:
- CompTIA A+ certification
- CompTIA Network+ certification
- CompTIA Security+ certification
