• 84 Months of Experience in working collaboratively on business requirement gathering, analysis and logical design
• 84 Months of Experience in Creating and modifying Framework Manager & Transformer models
• 84 Months of Experience in Creating and modifying reports using COGNOS tools
• 84 Months of Experience in using SQL for analysis and reporting including conditional formatting and joining multiple queries
• 84 Months of Experience testing all reports and analytics prior to moving to production
• 84 Months Experience in social service-related reporting including trouble shooting for user support
