We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide daily support for our Microsoft 365 environment. This is a junior-level position ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience supporting small to medium Microsoft 365/Office 365 tenants and delivering help desk support for both Windows and Mac users.
Responsibilities: - Provide responsive support to end-users for Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on both Windows and Mac platforms, escalating complex problems as needed
- Assist with user account setup, permissions, and license assignments in Microsoft 365 admin center
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, ensuring smooth technology transitions
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials to help end-users maximize Microsoft 365 features
- Monitor system performance and report issues to senior IT staff
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement best practices and improve support processes
- Manage all aspects of the networking platform
- Troubleshoot network & system issues
- Monitor active network and server infrastructure
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
- Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
- Document all technical procedures and user guides
Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365/Office 365 tenants in a small or medium business environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Experience providing help desk support for both Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Basic understanding of user account management and security best practices in Microsoft 365
- Experience creating documentation or training materials is a plus
- Familiarity with PowerShell or scripting is a bonus, but not required
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative IT environment
