IT Specialist

Piper Companies is seeking an IT Specialist to join a firm in Conshohocken, PA (on-site 5 days per week) for a contract-to-hire opportunity . The IT Specialist resolves end-user service requests and troubleshoots hardware and software issues.

Requirements:

• Oversee and maintain hardware and devices, including docking stations and monitors.

• Manage inventory of technical supplies to ensure adequate stock.

• Collaborate with Helpdesk and MSP providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including software like iManage and Teams.

• Support conference room technology, ensuring video conferencing equipment works and assist with setup for key meetings.

• Set up and manage user access, including mobile device apps, and handle onboarding and termination tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

• At least 4 years of experience in IT roles, preferably in professional service organizations.

• Skilled in identifying operational issues and implementing effective solutions.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite/Office 365 and able to maintain confidentiality.

Compensation:

- Hourly pay rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
