The
IT Specialist at Wyld plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across all sites. This role involves managing user accounts, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting network and security systems, and coordinating with vendors. The IT Specialist will also handle inventory management, assist with project implementations, and provide on-site support to ensure the efficiency and functionality of all IT systems
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the followingUser and Account Management: - Manage users, email accounts, and groups in Microsoft.
- Create and manage user profiles and groups across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding information and hardware deployments.
- Handle offboarding processes, including removing users from groups and revoking licenses, and coordinating with HR to ensure the return of company hardware.
System and Network Management: - Set up, configure, and install new devices, including PCs, printers, timeclocks, workstations, monitors, cameras, and alarm systems.
- Provide hardware and troubleshooting software for all users and sites.
- Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules.
- Provision and deprovision accounts on Verizon.
- Provision Hardware; Computers, Phones and tablets.
- Support site hardware fulfillment, including production workstations, training laptops, timeclocks, and office hardware.
- Troubleshoot site and user issues, identify root causes, and coordinate immediate and long-term solutions.
Security and Compliance: - Respond to security events and participate in remediation efforts.
- Monitor, review and release held mail and update mail filters.
- Communicate policy changes and help find solutions to issues related to updates or protocols.
Project Management: - Assist in managing projects, testing changes before implementation.
- Provide support for deployments and coordinate with System Administrator's to develop and test efficient workflows.
- Document all tickets with user information, nature of issue, actions taken, and resolution.
Inventory and Asset Management: - Handle inventory coming in and going out.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, order devices and equipment when low.
- Tag assets and check devices in.
- Organize the IT warehouse.
Communication and Collaboration: - Clearly communicate with departments, ensuring strategic information is funneled to the appropriate team members.
- Develop help sheets and other technical documentation for end users.
- Create documentation on processes for internal team members and establish process improvements across the board.
Additional Responsibilities: - Perform QA tests on solutions to ensure problems have been adequately resolved and follow up to confirm.
- Research issues using outside resources, including accessing software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
- Develop protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects.
- Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
- Complete checklists for new equipment and employees.
- Provide on-site corporate IT support.
- Respond to escalations from the helpdesk and escalate issues outside of scope to System Administrators or the IT Manager.

- 3+ years of directly related experience and/or training in a technical support environment.
- Demonstrated skills in desktop operating systems including Windows 10, mobile operating systems including Android and Google, and extensive office-related software and hardware support experience.
- Experience with networking, camera, and access control systems.
- Demonstrated experience in various platforms such as Azure, 365, Google Drive, G-Suite.
- Experience in platforms such as Jira, Slack, and 1Password.
- Experience working in a cloud-based infrastructure with just-in-time provisioning and Identity Provider (IDP) systems
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus.
- Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing long-term solutions.
- Ability to support multiple sites and coordinate with on-site support teams.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
- Will be required to submit to a background check.
- Must obtain all state-required permits, licenses, and certifications.
- Travel between sites will be required.
Benefits As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive
