We're looking for a seasoned IT Service Desk Operations Manager to lead and optimize day-to-day IT support operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the service desk team, managing IT assets and inventory, supporting onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensuring high-quality end-user support.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of IT and leadership experience, a strong customer service focus, and a proven ability to implement scalable support strategies, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with security protocols and SLAs. Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
