The IT Service Delivery Manager serves as the linchpin in ensuring that our technology services exceed client expectations as well as overseeing the NOC and Service teams, optimizing technical workflows, and implementing best practices to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications for IT Service Delivery Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management, preferably within an MSP environment.
  • Experience with SonicWALL, Ubiquiti, Meraki, Datto, VMware, Office 365
  • AWS or Azure experience (a plus).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • High attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the success of a growing company and client base.
