Job Description
  • Coordinate and deliver end-to-end Service Desk support, including incident management, hardware/software setup, user administration, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to SLAs, while working with vendors for issue resolution and procurement.
  • Analyze support trends, generate performance reports, and drive root cause resolution for recurring issues.
  • Mentor team members and manage scheduling to support hybrid and after-hours coverage.

The Successful Applicant
  • Proficient in Windows OS and Server, Microsoft Office , Office 365, and remote desktop support
  • Experienced in mobile device management, software deployment, service desk ticketing, and vendor coordination
  • Skilled in supporting voice and video conferencing tools including Jabber, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams
  • Familiar with networking concepts (LAN/WAN), VPN, Citrix XenApp, and web/email security
  • Holds tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields
  • Certifications such as MCSA, Microsoft Desktop, CCNA, CompTIA, or ITIL are considered an advantage
