Description
The Technical Service Analyst will be the front-end contact for assistance in the systems and services offered by
our organization, providing technical support to members accurately and professionally with the use of the
member portal and all related staff and member applications. Beyond the technical knowledge the Analyst will be
familiar with the Rules and Regulations which guide participation in the organization. This includes answering
questions by email or phone from co-workers, members, and the public.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' proven working experience in software application technical support.
Minimum software proficiencies include knowledge of Apple/Windows Operating Systems, Various Web
Browsers, Microsoft Office.
The ability to speak comfortably and explain technology to our subscribers.
The ability to multi-task and set priorities.
Basic knowledge of phones/mobile devices, Bluetooth, and App downloads is preferred.
Knowledge of the real estate industry would be beneficial.
Knowledge of audio/video equipment (projectors, display screens & microphones) would be beneficial.
Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in product usage and
abilities.
Problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
Must have organizational savvy and display the ability to read, maneuver and influence complex
situations to drive alignment and decision making.
Have the ability to account for one's own and others' world views and identify opportunities, make
decisions, and resolve conflicts in ways that optimize the differences for better, longer lasting, and more
creative solutions.
Skilled at working effectively with coworkers, cross-functional teams and committees.
Must be comfortable working in a shifting, fast-paced environment. Creates structure within ambiguity
effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills presenting your ideas at all levels of the organization.
Comfortable working in a remote capacity if a situation requires it.
Strong attention to detail and impeccable organization skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
