We are seeking an IT Server Support Specialist to join our team. You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Evaluate and design technology solutions for clients, including servers, networking and endpoints
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications: - Experience with and a strong working knowledge of Windows servers (on-prem and cloud), cloud services, and networking. Knowledge of Linux is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
