What You'll Do:

Provide advanced technical support to students, faculty, and staff via phone, chat, email, and in-person.

Install, maintain, and repair hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal functionality.

Lead the support team in troubleshooting complex IT issues and ensure timely problem resolution.

Oversee technology equipment maintenance in classrooms, offices, and university facilities.

Manage and update support tickets and knowledge base articles to enhance issue resolution.

Assist in relocating technology equipment and support day-to-day IT operations.

What We're Looking For:

Associate's Degree (or 60 credit hours) + 3 years of experience in advanced troubleshooting in an enterprise environment

-OR-

Bachelor's Degree in IT (or related field) + 1 year of experience in advanced troubleshooting in an enterprise environment

Advanced knowledge of hardware/software systems, Active Directory, and network infrastructure

Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, travel as needed, and work flexible hours

Preferred: Microsoft Certifications (MCITP) and experience in higher education IT support
