IT Security Architect 3 for our premier client in
Lansing, Michigan.
Education and Experience " Top Skills & Years of Experience: - 3+ years of experience as a Security Architect or related position is required.
- 3+ years of experience doing Risk Assessments.
- 3+ years of experience working to ensure compliance with security standards.
- 3+ years of experience reviewing settings and configurations on systems and network devices for compliance with best practices.
- 3+ years of experience coordinating and conduction vulnerability scans.
- Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities: - Position will support the emerging field of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) and support and defend traditional and non-traditional IoT networks.
- Assist client system engineers and operators implement and manage best practices to secure the evolving intelligent transportation backbone.
- Assist in the selection, development, and implementation of systems and monitoring tools that focus on transport cybersecurity.
- Evaluate current and future cyber-physical transportation systems and make recommendations for improving the security posture to protect the transportation infrastructure from cyber security threats of all kinds.
- Serve as a clearinghouse for issues as they arise.
