Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking a Security Analyst to join our IT team. This will be a full-time, in-office position, based out of our Wheat Ridge, CO office.

What You Will Accomplish Here As a Security Analyst, you are responsible for performing Cybersecurity testing of election technologies, including voting systems. Testing includes auditing technical systems against requirements or best practices and performing penetration testing to identify security weaknesses. This position involves working directly with clients to evaluate the security of their systems and environments.
This position will focus on the following:
- Testing hardware and software against Cybersecurity requirements/regulations
- Conducting internal and external network, application, and web penetration tests for clients
- Following test plans and creating detailed test cases and procedures
- Researching requirements and evaluating them by creating testable, repeatable procedures
- Generating and maintaining thorough and accurate records throughout testing
- Effectively documenting test results, including creating notes, defects, and reports
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients
- Demonstrating and explaining Cybersecurity concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Following, maintaining and improving standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Performs other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Certification, formal training, experience, or demonstrated competence in a technical discipline may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in Cybersecurity, Penetration Testing, or in a related position is required.
- Must have knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and general IT controls.
- Must have strong knowledge of client and server operating systems, networking, cryptography, and databases.
- Must be able to accurately assess threat landscapes and evaluate risk management policies.
- Must be able to evaluate and comprehend source code at a high level.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Strong technical writing and professional speaking skills are greatly preferred.
- Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with a testing team.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
Location: Wheat Ridge, CO (in-office)
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary: $75,000
Travel: Minimal travel is expected for this position, at up to 10%
