IT Security Analyst

Job Description

What You'll Do:

Monitor, analyze, and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities

Conduct risk assessments and implement security controls to protect data and systems

Manage security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection

Assist in compliance efforts (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and security audits

Investigate security incidents and support incident response efforts

Educate employees on security best practices and awareness programs

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in IT security, cybersecurity, or related roles

Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO) and compliance requirements

Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions

Familiarity with penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and threat intelligence

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
