Are you a results-driven sales professional ready to make an impact in the fast-paced world of IT solutions? Were seeking ambitious IT Sales Executives to lead new business development efforts across Florida. In this 100% hunter, B2B role, youll identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals that help businesses thrive through technology.


This is a hybrid position with both field and remote responsibilities, requiring periodic presence at our Gainesville office and our soon-to-open Jacksonville location.





What Youll Do:

  • Prospect and engage new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals

  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations within your territory

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions

  • Manage your sales pipeline and activities using HubSpot CRM

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development



What Were Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in IT or MSP environments

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly

  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives



Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $40,000 $60,000

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 $90,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
