IT Sales Executive Hybrid Role Locations: Gainesville, FL Jacksonville, FL

Were seeking ambitious IT Sales Executives to lead new business development efforts across Florida. In this 100% hunter, B2B role, youll identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals that help businesses thrive through technology.
This is a hybrid position with both field and remote responsibilities, requiring periodic presence at our Gainesville office and our soon-to-open Jacksonville location.
What Youll Do:
- Prospect and engage new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations within your territory
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
- Manage your sales pipeline and activities using HubSpot CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in IT or MSP environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly
- Comfortable engaging with C-level executives
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $40,000 $60,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 $90,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
