The IT Sales Associate's primary focus will be to grow existing accounts in the Texas Region, and to bring new IT business. We are looking for an individual with a hunter type mindset that is a go getter to bring more business from existing accounts. This person will be responsible to meet and exceed staffing quota and to drive revenue growth with an emphasis on overall Customer Satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Must have recent experience in selling IT staffing services or solutions through direct client relationships or Managed Service Providers.
- Must be a go-getter with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player and work with sales and business development teams to identify and grow existing opportunities and identify new ones.
Responsibilities:
- Increase sales by fostering strong relationships with customers and proactively establishing new business contacts.
- Maximize Crescens' existing business relationships.
Position Specifics:
This role is remote, with occasional in-person client meetings as needed.
Benefits:
Competitive annual salary $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
