Follow this link to apply: Location: Department 670 Shift: Daytime Experience: Less than 1 year Pay Range: $19.15 to $26.80 Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. Kwik Trip Inc. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist managing the inventory of equipment and parts utilized by IT Retail Services in support of the technology used at all of Kwik Trip Inc.'s stores. Regular tasks include but are not limited to: Fulfilling equipment requests from other IT departments by managing the service window Assisting the team leader with the location of all equipment assets within the business Maintaining inventory levels of equipment and parts Organizing and maintaining receiving/shipping area Fulfilling ship out requests Unboxing and tagging of equipment. Processing of outbound and inbound equipment and parts Preparing equipment for delivery to the stores including imaging, burning in, and configuration Performing cycle counts Re-stocking of equipment, parts and consumables as needed. Skill Qualifications: Candidates should possess the following: High School Diploma or GED equivalency Strong calculative and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask. Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Dedication to providing excellent customer service. Valid driver's license with excellent driving record Ability to obtain forklift certification. Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite products Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Computer Hardware Good working knowledge of inventory practices An understanding of help desk software and inventory control software (ServiceNow) is a plus. Physical Qualifications: Ability to sit, stand, or drive for extended periods of time. Work 10+ hour shifts Repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday - As needed coverage on weekend. Holidays will also be required on a rotating schedule.
