Pay Rate $15.00/hour Are you passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance? Join Maverik as our IT QA Analyst Intern and play a key role in ensuring the quality of our critical retail systems. Maverik's Summer Intern Program is designed to provide a structured learning experience, equipping interns with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career. The internship will run from June 2025-August 2025, with a commitment of up to 30 hours per week. This opportunity is exclusively available to full-time students currently enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university. Internship Project: Loyalty Mobile Automation As a QA Intern at Maverik, you will work on a capstone project focused on building automated testing scripts for our Loyalty mobile application. Your primary objective will be to create a baseline login home logout test flow using our automation framework, helping to lay the foundation for future test coverage on the mobile side of the platform. This project will give you hands-on experience with:
  • Manual testing of Maverik's mobile Loyalty app to understand key workflows
  • Contributing to and expanding our test automation framework
  • Writing and executing automated scripts that validate core app functionality
  • Working in an agile development environment alongside developers and QA analysts
  • Participating in release planning and documentation
By the end of your internship, you'll have delivered a working automation flow and contributed to a key initiative that supports quality and reliability for thousands of Maverik customers. Supervisors and Mentors:

The successful candidate should possess:
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to document requirements and translate them into test cases.
  • Interest in software Quality Assurance and eagerness to learn best practices and tools.
Qualifications:
  • A full-time college student that has completed their sophomore year by the beginning of the internship.
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university seeking a degree related to the position.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
