Salary Range: $130,000-$132,000 Job Summary: The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing IT-related projects and initiatives within the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC). This role ensures the successful delivery of IT services, systems, and solutions by applying best practices from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks. The IT Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for project planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring alignment with JECC's mission objectives and operational requirements. Responsibilities/Duties: Project Planning and Management: Develop and maintain Project Management Plans (PMPs), including baseline schedules, cost, and performance criteria. Deliver initial PMPs within 5 business days of Government request and update them based on feedback. Monitor project execution and provide regular status updates, including cost, schedule, and performance metrics. Contract Management: Submit a Contract Management Plan within 15 business days of contract award and update annually. Prepare and deliver Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), In-Process Review (IPR) materials, and other required documentation. Team Coordination: Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure resources are allocated effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with JECC's operational priorities. Risk and Configuration Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Support Configuration Management (CM) activities to maintain consistency in IT systems and infrastructure. Incident Management: Track and resolve IT-related incidents using approved ticketing systems. Ensure compliance with incident response timelines and escalation protocols. Training and Documentation: Provide end-user training and updated "How-To" guides for new systems and processes. Ensure all deliverables meet professional standards and comply with contractual requirements. Qualifications: Proficiency Level: Intermediate (I) in the IT Project Manager (802) work role. Skills: Expertise in project management, IT service delivery, and stakeholder coordination. SECRET clearance required; TOP SECRET/SCI eligibility preferred. Education/Certifications: Certifications: PMI certifications (e.g., PMP) and ITIL knowledge preferred.
