As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting various agile teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? - Promote and coach the Agile mindset and principles, enabling the organization to become a high-performing cohesive team.
- Coordinate release execution through defining cross-team dependencies ensuring a well-defined program/release schedule that meets organizational objectives.
- Optimize the flow of epics/features and the value delivered by the release train.
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure the program has a healthy product/program backlog.
- Manage and communicate release events to the leadership team for upcoming release changes and provide post-release outcomes and actions.
What's Needed? - 7+ years of active involvement in project management with a strong track record of delivering projects/releases per expectations.
- 7+ years leading large-scale transformation programs, involving business processes and change.
- 5+ years of Agile experience in a change agent role.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, concepts, and ceremonies.
- Experience in Release Management and SDLC life cycle process.
