IT Project Manager - Central Europe
Location: Central European Time Zone - time split between Germany and France
Contract Position
$65 to $80 USD per hour

Overview: IT Project Manager
We are seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects within our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery-from planning to execution-ensuring alignment with business goals and PMO standards. This position reports to the Senior Director, IT Enterprise Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects across departments, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
• Collaborate with IT leads, stakeholders, and end users to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Lead meetings, track progress, resolve issues, and maintain project documentation.
• Develop project schedules, reports, communication plans, and executive updates.
• Support QA/testing, user training, and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to improving PMO tools, processes, and project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be able to speak German and French
• 2-6 years of IT project management experience.
• Strong ERP experience - Oracle experience preferred but would accept SAP
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Teams/SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with tools like OnePlan or Clarity
