Job Title: ADI Project Manager
Position Concept: Lead and manage Advanced Distribution Infrastructure (ADI) projects from planning to deployment. Coordinate with teams to ensure project goals align with organizational objectives. Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, while mitigating risks and resolving issues.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of multiple capital projects, ensuring they meet safety, schedule, financial, and operational goals. (50%)
Develop and document project business cases, including economic analysis and justification. (10%)
Create and update project execution plans, ensuring they are realistic and achievable. (15%)
Coordinate the work of project teams to support project and company goals. (15%)
Manage project communications, keeping stakeholders informed and resolving issues promptly. (10%)
Supervision:
Direct: May supervise project administration and contracted support staff.
Indirect: Supervise project teams including engineering, construction, and other disciplines.
Relationships:
Internal: Frequent interaction with various departments and occasional contact with senior management.
External: Frequent contact with engineering firms, suppliers, and regulators.

Working Conditions:
Frequent travel between locations.
Must be able to travel by air and work in the office at least three days a week.
Occasional travel and storm restoration overtime required.

Qualifications:
Education:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field.
Preferred: MBA or graduate degree in Engineering Management.
Licenses/Certifications:
Preferred: Professional Engineering License, PMP certification.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities: 6. Manage complex projects involving capital improvements and process changes.
Improve and maintain project management standards and tools.
Related Experience:
Required: 7 years of experience in contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and contractor claims negotiations.
Preferred: Experience in Electric Delivery System Infrastructure.
Supervisory Experience:
Preferred: 5 years of supervisory experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Required: Ability to develop project schedules and cost control systems, analyze information, and manage outside organizations.
Preferred: Ability to assess project team readiness and make necessary adjustments.
Level: Project Manager III
Additional Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 8. Manage highly complex or first-of-a-kind projects with higher risks and larger budgets.
Oversee large EPC or multidiscipline contracted projects.
Qualifications:
Related Experience:
Required: 8 years of experience in contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and contractor claims negotiations.
Preferred: Experience in Electric Delivery System Infrastructure.
Supervisory Experience:
Preferred: 7 years of supervisory experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Required: Proven project management skills, ability to mentor, and manage complex projects.
Preferred: Understanding of broader business issues and practices.
