Position: IT Project Manager

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration: 12 months

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience related to project management and coordination, including developing and managing scope, planning, executing, and monitoring projects to meet project goals and requirements.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and project management software that includes cost estimation, scheduling, workload capacity, and organization features.
• Experience providing direction to individuals or a team.
• Experience and skill in time management to ensure tasks are completed on-time and in an efficient manner.
• Skill in negotiation and managing conflict.
• Experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to effectively communicate information to various audiences.
• Experience organizing and facilitating meetings, including creating agendas, guiding discussions, and reviewing outcomes.
• Experience documenting technical processes and information.
• Experience evaluating and assessing the results of the project.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
