We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. This position is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level PM professional with a PMP certification, looking to advance their career in a PE Firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects across the organization, . Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize project development and delivery.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop full-scale detailed project plans and schedules and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, and implement necessary course corrections for project success.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Accounting + Finance industry.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the PE Firm environment and the ability to adapt to its fast-paced, dynamic nature.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex information to identify key issues and make effective decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Must be a team player, but also comfortable working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
