Description:

The Coordinated Services Lead is responsible for Tecology's proactive coordinated services. This takes the form of developing and maintaining project plans that establish deadlines for each project milestone and deliverable and acting as a liaison between the team and our clients. To be successful, a candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong desire to be collaborative with the team. The Coordinated Services Lead reports directly to the Director of Coordination.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects assigned by the Director of Coordination to ensure overall adherence to scope, budget and schedule
  • Own project documentation including statements of work, project plans, deliverables, training materials, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals and milestones and make project assignments
  • Act as primary contact for project related communications and interactions with clients
  • Report on progress and provide regular updates to Tecology and client management
  • Act as a liaison between clients and staff
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Create technical documentation as needed
  • Participate in analyzing and routing proactive and reactive client requests to the appropriate resources
  • Understand and communicate user conceptual requirements and needs
  • Mentor team members into future CS Leads
  • Assist with implementation of new processes/procedures
  • May assist in supervisory responsibilities for the CS Assistant team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Coordinated Services
Required Qualifications:
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and proven ability to multi-task and adapt in a quick changing environment
  • 4 - 6 years project management experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to varied audiences
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Ability to bridge the gap between the client and Tecology
  • Ability to navigate complex interpersonal situations in a professional and gracious manner
  • Ability to diagnose problems and follow through to resolution and closure
  • Information technology and computer science understanding beyond the layperson
Desired Qualifications:
  • Technical writing ability
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite ability
  • Knowledge/experience with SharePoint
  • PMP, CSM, or PMI-PBA Certification(s)
Position Type: Hourly + Bonus Program

Base Salary PM 1: $92,954 yearly

Base Salary PM 2: $111,550 yearly

Bonus Program: Eligible for profit sharing bonus and up to two weeks additional paid time off. Both incentives are based on overall employee performance.
