Inside the Role As a Project Manager and Release Manager for the IT Aftermarket Digital Experience Team you will manage the initiatives associated with the Excelerator eCommerce site. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define release goals and priorities, manage timelines and ensure successful delivery that meets business objectives.

We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of $117,000.00 - $150,000.00USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA - Plan, manage and execute software development releases and related initiatives.
- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the agile software release process, including requirements/user story refinement, sprint planning, development sprints, code freeze, quality assurance, deployment, and post-release monitoring and retrospectives.
- Ensures project/release results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
- Communicate status, and changes to IT, business and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to understand their business requirements and prioritize the new features.
- User story refinement as needed to back up other team members.
- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
Knowledge You Should Bring - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and 5-7 years of experience, OR 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree required
- Proven project and release management skills and experience in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with users and business partners at all levels, written and verbal communication skills (both technical and non-technical)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability
- Knowledge of the technical constraint and dependencies of DTNA IT systems
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience with agile development methodologies

Exceptional Candidates Might Have - A degree focus in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field preferred
- Good understanding or background in software development
- Familiarity with release tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Experience with ecommerce applications and concepts, content manager applications, search tools, and/or Google Analytics is a plus.
